(Child Development Academy in the UAE). Developed the program offering, focused on capability-building for parents, caregivers and practitioners.

(Public Sector Entity in KSA). Built the operating model, including organization structure, KPIs, processes and provided ongoing operational support, on a Build Operate Transfer basis.

(Leading ICT Player in KSA). Developed a Value-Added Reseller program to boost ICT revenues from small and medium enterprises through established networks of distributors and resellers, including pilot preparation, launch and monitoring, operating model development and incentive scheme design.
(Public Sector Utilities Entity). Conducted the strategy and implementation of a national water saving incentive program, including program earning rules and mechanism, program redeeming rules and mechanism, budget estimations and implementation plan.
(Leading ICT Player in KSA). Prepared for a Board of Directors strategic workshop to agree on a 3-year corporate strategy. Preparations included market analyses, internal capability assessment, senior stakeholders’ interviews and discussions around strategic positioning options.
(Leading ICT Player in KSA). Articulated an internal communication plan for new corporate hires, including communication messages, frequency, channels, etc.
(Prominent Ministry in KSA). Assisted in sourcing, assessing, and supporting major building technology providers looking to expand operations in Saudi Arabia with the aim to help the ministry achieve its ambitious housing targets.
(Leading Public Educational Institution). Developed the activation plan for the digital transformation office, including benchmarks, detailing of main activities and digitization cost/benefit analysis.
